- Do not microwave.
- Do not compress, tilt or shake cup when it is filled as this may cause spillage.
- When keeping the cup, ensure that the detachable grip is snugly tucked into the cup crevice to prevent it from falling out.
- Do not place over direct flame.
- Do not poke with sharp objects.

We provide full refunds for unused products returned in their original condition and packaging, sent back to us within 30 days of delivery.
Our products also come with a 1 year warranty from manufacturing defects. In the event of a manufacturing defect rendering the product unusable within 1 year of purchase, we will provide a replacement for the same product or provide a full refund if the product is out of stock.
