Usage and Precautions
Usage and Precautions
- Rinse the bowl thoroughly before initial use.
- The seal, while spill resistant, may leak when the lunchbox is compressed. Do not place heavy items on the lunchbox if there are liquids contained.
- Leave the cover ajar and push out the pressure release valve before placing in microwave to prevent pressure buildup in the lunchbox.
- Where possible, remove the cover before using the lunchbox in the microwave, as the cover may warp slightly under high heat. If that occurs, allow the cover to cool on a flat surface.
- The lunchbox may feel hot after heating in the microwave. Do exercise caution when removing the lunchbox from the microwave.
- Do not heat the lunchbox in microwave for extended periods of time. The lunchbox has a relatively high heat tolerance but the polypropylene cover may deform under extended periods in high heat.
- Do not place over a direct flame.
- Do not poke with sharp objects.

We provide full refunds for unused products returned in their original condition and packaging, sent back to us within 30 days of delivery.
Our products also come with a 1 year warranty from manufacturing defects. In the event of a manufacturing defect rendering the product unusable within 1 year of purchase, we will provide a replacement for the same product or provide a full refund if the product is out of stock.
