Framed Fine Art Print of Ala-Kul frozen in early summer (June 2018)
After 4 days of trekking through valleys, across mountain passes, and through the snow, I got my first glimpse of Ala-Kul, an alpine lake in Kyrgyzstan's Terskey Alatau mountain range. Later in summer, the ice would melt and turn the lake into a magical turquoise. For now, the clear blue skies, mountain slopes lightly dusted with snow and pristine frozen lake is just as perfect a time and place to immerse in the present. More on the journey here.

This print comes in a range of size and framing options. Rough renderings have been provided for the framing options. Due to limitations in the renderings, please refer to the framed prints FAQ for more details on print formats, frame options and actual pictures of the frames.

Once an order for a framed print has been placed, we'll generally take about 2 weeks to deliver the prints via courier. Since each framed print is made to order, actual delivery times will depend on the availability of our printing and framing partner, and we will provide you with an update on the expected delivery time once we receive confirmation from our printing and framing partner.
